中国肉牛肉羊生产消费特征及展望

摘  要:
从生产和消费方面概述了中国肉牛肉羊产业的发展特征,即在生产上呈现出生产总量不断增长、养殖规模不断扩展、区域布局不断明显的特点,在消费上呈现出消费结构有待调整、消费价格逐年上升和消费市场城乡有别等特点。提出中国肉牛肉羊产业发展对策:大力扶持和培育育种改良、加快规模化和产业化经营以及加大政府对产业的宏观调控等。

摘  要:
Production and consumption characteristics of beef cattle and mutton sheep industries were firstly analyzed in this paper.The former was concluded as increasing production quantity,raising scale expansion and obvious regional distribution,and the latter was concluded that consumption structure should be adjusted,prices increased year by year,urban and rural consumption markets were different from each other.Consequently,the author put forward some suggestions on promoting the development of these two industries,such as breeding should be supported and fostered strongly,raising scale should be expanded and the industrialization development should be speeded up,the government macroeconomic regulation and control management should be strengthened.
