苹果砧木‘辽砧2号’和SH40扦插技术研究

摘  要：
以‘辽砧2号’、SH40矮化砧木为试材,研究扦插基质、取材部位、叶片处理对苹果砧木绿枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明,‘辽砧2号’生根效果明显好于SH40;泥炭与珍珠岩混配基质扦插生根率最高,分别为85.5%和44.5%;‘辽砧2号’中部枝条生根率最高(88%),SH40基部枝条生根率最高(53%);‘辽砧2号’插条留1/2叶生根率最高(87.3%),SH40留1片叶生根效果最好(55.1%)。

摘  要：
Study on green woodcutting propagation of rootstock with cutting medium,material parts,leaves treatment in‘Liaozhen 2'and SH40. The results that‘Liaozhen 2'was better SH40 in rooting; Mixed medium was better single medium,rooting rate were 85.5% and 44.5%;rooting rate 88% with‘Liaozhen 2' of middle branches,Rooting rate 53% with SH40 of base branches;It was rooting rate 87.3% with ‘Liaozhen 2' of 1/2 leaves,however rooting rate 55.1% with SH40 of only 1 leaf.
