摘  要：
1987年在新疆福海县解特阿热勒乡进行了100头牛人工培植牛黄试验,经一年半后抽查,试验牛生长、发育、繁殖、泌乳,使役与同群未做牛黄培植的牛相比均无变化,抽样取黄试验牛54头,其中产牛黄者41头,成黄率为76％;在这41头产黄牛中,产牛黄最高者11.2g,最低者0.85g,平均每头3.75g。此人工培植牛黄经自治区药检所化验鉴定,其胆红素含量为32.92％,胆酸为11％,总胆酸为20.46％,与天然牛黄成分相同,据兄弟省区材料报道,人工培植牛黄的超微结构,药理作用、毒性试验与天然牛黄相比,完全一致。

摘  要：
In 1987, an eoperiment was initiated in Jatelarrel village, Fuhai county for invivo production of calculus bovis in 100 bovine. Wihtin the one—and—half-year—preiod experiment, constant observation of the selected bovine showed that the growth, development, breed, lactation and labour of the eoperimental bovine differed very little from that of the contral bovine from the same herd. Among the 54 bovine tested for calculus bovis production, of these 41 yieled calculus bovis, resulting in a calculus bovis production rate of 76%. The production range was from 0.85 to 11.2 gram with a mean of 3.75 gram. The bilirubin content were 32.92%, cholic acid (content) were 11%, total cholic acid content were 20.46% according to a chemical test and appraised in Cultured calculus bovis. This is the same with the natural calculus bovis composition.
