遮荫对2种彩叶风箱果叶色及光合特性的影响

摘  要:
为阐明遮荫对彩叶风箱果(Physocarpus opulifolius)叶色及光合特性的影响,本研究以紫叶风箱果(P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine’)和金叶风箱果(P.opulifolius‘Lutein’)为试材,测定了不同遮荫度下风箱果叶片色泽、叶绿素含量、净光合速率等指标的变化。结果显示:两种风箱果叶片颜色随遮荫度的增加而逐渐转绿;紫叶风箱果的叶绿素、花色素苷含量随遮荫度的增加而极显著降低,在40%遮荫条件下分别比对照降低59.98%、52.30%;金叶风箱果在40%遮荫条件下叶色及叶绿素含量无显著变化,而在80%遮荫条件下叶绿素含量极显著增加,比对照增加了260.00%。紫叶风箱果、金叶风箱果净光合速率日变化均呈"双峰"型;净光合速率、暗呼吸速率均随遮荫度的增加而降低;紫叶风箱果、金叶风箱果的光饱和点分别为1 605.88μmol/(m~2·s)和1 369.40μmol/(m~2·s),光补偿点分别为46.80μmol/(m~2·s)和65.29μmol/(m~2·s),均表现为阳生植物的特征;两者的表观量子效率在0.02~0.05范围内,对弱光表现出一定的适应性。综合其观赏效果,认为紫叶风箱果适宜在全光照条件下种植,金叶风箱果适宜在遮荫度小于40%的环境下种植。

摘  要:
In order to study the effect of light on color-leafed plants of Physocarpus opulifolius,the Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Summer Wine'and Physocarpus opulifolius ‘Lutein'were used to study the changes of leaf color,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate under different shade treatments.The results indicated that:The leaf color of these two plants turned green gradually with the degree of shading increased;the content of chlorophyll and anthocyanin in P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine'decreased significantly with the increase of shading degree.Under the 40% shading condition,the contents of chlorophyll and anthocyanin decreased by 59.98% and 52.30%respectively compared with the control group.The leaf color and the content of chlorophyll had no significant changes in P.opulifolius ‘Lutein',but the chlorophyll content significantly increased under the 80% shading conditions,which was260.00% more than the control.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented two peaks for both of P.opulifolius ‘Summer Wine'and P.opulifolius ‘Lutein'.The net photosynthetic rate and dark respiration rate of these two plants decreased with the degree of shading increased.The light saturation point of P.opulifolius ‘Summer Wine'and P.opulifolius‘Lutein'were 1 605.88μmol/(m~2·s)and 1 369.40μmol/(m~2·s)respectively,and the light compensation point were 46.80μmol/m~2·s and 65.29μmol/(m~2·s)respectively,and both of them performed as sun plants.The apparent quantum efficiency was in the range of 0.02-0.05 and showed the adaptability to weak light.With the comprehensive thought of the ornamental effect,it is considered that the P.opulifolius‘Summer Wine'is suitable for planting under full light condition and P.opulifolius‘Lutein'can be grown in the environment with the shading less than 40%.
