土壤pH对羽扇豆叶片保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
通过施用不同重量硫磺粉调节土壤pH,测定不同生育期多叶羽扇豆(Lupinus polyphyl-lus)叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究不同土壤pH对多叶羽扇豆叶片保护酶活性的影响,探索多叶羽扇豆生长的适宜土壤酸碱度。结果表明:不同土壤pH和生育期,多叶羽扇豆叶片MDA含量不同。土壤pH对2a生羽扇豆植株的影响大于1a生植株。土壤pH对羽扇豆叶片POD活性的影响总体呈上升趋势,pH值越高,羽扇豆叶内POD活性越小,低pH值的土壤可提高羽扇豆的抗病性,1a生植株的抗病性高于2a生。土壤pH对羽扇豆叶片内过氧化氢酶活性无显著影响,1a生与2a生植株间CAT活性差异不显著。随土壤pH降低,羽扇豆叶片内SOD活性的影响呈降低—升高的趋势;2a生羽扇豆叶片内SOD活性高于1a生。

摘  要:
By using different levels of sulphur powder to adjust soil pH,determining the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) in different growth periods of Lupinus polyphylla leaves,the effect of soil pH on activity of protective enzymes was studied to provide evidences for the cultivation of the plant.Different MDA contents were found in the leaves under different soil pH and different growth periods.The effect of soil pH on 2-year plants was greater than on the annual ones.The activities of POD decreased with the rising of pH value.Generally, there existed a rising trend for the effect of soil pH on the activity of POD in the leaves,indicating that the higher the soil pH,the lower POD activity in the leaves,and the lower soil pH can improve disease resistance, especially for the one-year plant.The activity of catalase was not significant different in different growth periods among under different soil pH.The activity of SOD decreased first and then increased along with the decrease of soil pH.The activity of SOD was higher in 2-year plants than in one-year ones.
