驱动轮齿焊接径向变形的优化与预测

摘  要:
为优化驱动轮齿的焊接径向变形,设计了以径向变形为试验指标,以焊接速度和焊接顺序为因素的正交试验方案,并通过试验数据的分析结果确定了最优方案:焊接速度4.20mm/s,焊接顺序为间断跳焊II,并预估计了最优方案下变形上限。为预测和控制径向变形,采用响应曲面回归分析法建立了因素试验指标的数学模型。试验验证表明:优化后平均变形量降低了18.22%,且均未超过估计上限;测量值和预测值的绝对误差小于5%,预测模型可靠。

摘  要:
In order to optimize the drive tooth welding radial deformation,an orthogonal experiment was designed which radial deformation was the indicator and welding speed and welding sequence were factors. Optimal solution was determined: welding speed was 4. 20 mm/s,welding sequence was discontinuous skip welding II,and the upper deformation limit was pre-estimated under the optimal solution. To predict and control the radial deformation,response surface regression analysis was used to build the mathematical model of the experimental index factors. By the experiment results showed that: the average deformation amount after optimization reduced by 18. 22% and did not exceed the estimated upper limit; the absolute error of measured and predicted values was less than 5%,the prediction model was reliable.
