摘  要:
[目的]为在热带地区镉(Cd)污染土壤中种植坚尼草提供理论依据。[方法]以热研8号坚尼草(Panicum maximum)为供试植物,通过测定其株高、生物量、叶绿素和各营养成分的含量研究镉胁迫对坚尼草生长及品质的影响。[结果]收获时,镉浓度为0.3 mg/kg处理的热研8号的株高(91.40 cm)和平均干重(61.57 g/盆)分别比对照增加10.9%和27.4%,显著高于其他处理。各处理中叶绿素a和b的含量均先增加后减少。热研8号坚尼草中的粗纤维、粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗蛋白含量随Cd浓度的增加先降后升。镁和钙含量在0.3mg/kg处理中最低,镁含量的最高点出现在1.0 mg/kg处理中,钙含量的最高点出现在5.0 mg/kg处理中。[结论]当土壤中的Cd浓度约为0.3 mg/kg时,它对坚尼草的生长有一定的促进作用;当其浓度为约10 mg/kg时,它会明显抑制坚尼草的生长。

摘  要:
[Objective] The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for planting Panicum maximum on the soil polluted by Cd in tropical area.[Method] With P.maximum cv.Reyan 8 as tested plant,the influences of Cd stress on its growth and quality were studied through determining its plant height,biomass,contents of chlorophyll and various nutrient components.[Result] In the harvest stage,compared with CK,the plant height and average dry weight(61.57 g/plot) of Reyan 8 increased 10.9% and 27.4% resp.in the treatment with Cd at 0.3 mg/kg,being significantly higher than that in the other treatments.The contents of chlorophyll a and b first increased and then decreased in each treatment.The contents of crude fiber,fat,ash and protein in Reyan 8 first decreased and then increased along with the increment of Cd concn.The contents of Mg and Ca were lowest in the treatment with Cd at 0.3 mg/kg,the highest point of Mg content appeared in the treatment with Cd at 1.0 mg/kg and that of Ca content appeared in the treatment with Cd at 5.0 mg/kg.[Conclusion] When Cd in soil was about 0.3 mg/kg,it had some promoting effect on the growth of P.maximum.When it was about 10.0 mg/kg,it would inhibit the growth of P.maximum significantly.
