摘  要:
It was discussed in this paper that the good and bad features on the system of appointment involved all staffs in the colleges and universities of China. The authors tried to design a new system of appointment in colleges and universities, which can benefit from flexible employment with lifetime employment and assessing all faculty members periodically.
