不同黄瓜品种叶片形态特征对温室白粉虱偏好的影响

摘  要:
为了明确温室白粉虱对寄主选择和偏好性,研究了黄瓜叶片形态特征与温室白粉虱的关系,测定了5个黄瓜品种叶片绒毛密度和长度,叶片厚度及蜡质含量对温室白粉虱选择性的影响。结果表明,温室白粉虱对不同黄瓜品种的选择性有显著差异。温室白粉虱在相对抗虫品种新优1号发生数量最少,成虫为107.34头/株,若虫为28.89头/株,产卵量为388.89粒/株,小康村品种发生量最大,成虫为561.00头/株,若虫为95.34头/株,产卵量为938.89粒/株,二者间差异极显著(P<0.01)。新优1号叶片绒毛密度最大、长度最长,分别为327.83条/cm~2和0.67 mm;小康村绒毛密度最小、长度最短,分别为147.00条/cm~2和0.20 mm。两个品种间叶片绒毛密度和长度差异均极显著(P<0.01)。黄瓜叶片蜡质含量最高的是新优1号为0.035 g,最低的是小康村和丫丫俩分别为0.006 g、0.007 g,差异极显著(P<0.01)。5个黄瓜品种间叶片厚度无差异。叶片形态特征与温室白粉虱发生量相关性分析表明,温室白粉虱对不同黄瓜品种的选择偏好性与叶片的表面绒毛数量、绒毛密度呈极显著的负相关,与蜡质含量呈显著负相关。

摘  要:
To clarify the relationship between the preference of greenhouse whitefly and the morphological characteristics of cucumber leaves, we selected five cucumber cultivars for the host selection test of greenhouse whitefly. The primary method used was to measure the leaf pubescence density and length, leaf thickness, and wax content of different cucumber cultivars. The results showed that the selectivity of greenhouse whitefly to different cucumber cultivars was significantly different. The preferred host was Xiaokangcun, with the density of adults, nymphs and eggs as 561.00, 95.34 and 938.89 individuals per plant. The relative insect-resistant cultivar was Xinyou No.1, with the density of adults,nymphs and eggs as 107.34, 28.89 and 388.89 individuals per plant, which was significantly different from that of Xiaokangcun(P<0.01). Xinyou No. 1 had the highest pubescence density and the longest leaf length, which were 327.83 pieces/cm~2 and 0.67 mm, respectively. Xiaokangcun had the minimum pubescence density and the shortest leaf length,which were 147.00 pieces/cm~2 and 0.20 mm, respectively. Both the leaf pubescence density and the leaf length of these two cultivars were significantly different(P<0.01). Xinyou No. 1 was the one with the highest leaf wax content(0.035 g),the lowest were Xiao Kangcun(0.006 g) and Yayalia(0.007 g), and the difference between the highest and lowest was extremely significant(P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that the preference of greenhouse whitefly to different cucumber cultivars significantly negatively correlated with the pubescence density and the length of the leaves.
