The rew species are characterized as follows: Pelmatops fukienensis, sp. n. (figs. 5-6). Distingushed from P. ichneumoncus notably by the presence of humeral andouter vertical bristles and by the wings largely stained with yellowish-brownmarkings. Orange-yellow, shining. Frons opaque; face with a short, black transverseband below the base of the antennae and a much longer one along the mouthedge, the latter extends on either side to below the eye stalk where it is broad-ened. Eye-stalks well-developed, slightly shorter than thorax in the female, verylong and attaining the length of thorax plus abdomen in the male. Each eye-stalk with three black stripes: a rather broad one on the basal half.of the dor-sal side, a much narrower one on the base of the front side, and a third one, rather. long and broad, on the hind side in the male. On the occipat, there ison each side behind the eye-stalk, a narrow black oblique band. Thorax andabdomen with more or less indistinct dark markings and an ivory yellow bandsituated along the upper edge of the mesopleura. Pubescence yellowish-brown,bristles reddish purple. Antennae much shorter than face, the third segment about one and halftimes as long as broad, with apex rounded; arista plumose. Wings broad, stain-ed with more or less ill-defined yellowish-brown markings as shown in figure5, stigma and veins reddish, r2+3 and r 4+5 divergent towards apex. Chaeto-taxy reduced, represented by the following: inner. vertical 1, outer vertical,1,humeral 1, scapular 2, notopleural 2 and posterior supra-alar 2, the inner scapularare minute and sometimes absent, the scutellar are represented by the apicalpair; in the male, there are in addition, a pair of anterior supra-alar and a pairof mesopleural bristles. Length-body: ?, 16 mm.; ? (with ovipositor) 18 mm.; wings: ?, 12.5 mm.; ?, 14 mm. Hab:- Fukien: Shao-Woo (1943-Ⅳ, 1?, 1?, C.C. Maa) Type in AcademiaSinica. Pseudopelmatops nigricostalis continentalis, subsp. n. (fig. 7). Distinguished from the typical form of the species from Taiwan by the largersize, the head without inferior fronto-orbital bristles, the thorax without an-terior supra-alar bristles and the body more lightly coloured. Of brownish-black, head and abdomen sometimes yellow-brown or red-brown; legs usually yallow-brown, with the coxae, trochanters and posterior halfof femora darkened, brownish-black. Wings long and narrow, with a broad darkcostal band, the costal cells more or less hyaline, the stigma yellow or reddish;r 2+3 almost parallel to r 4+5. Length- body: 13.5 mm.; wing: 10.5-13 mm. Hab:- Chekiang: Tienmushan (1936-Ⅶ, 3 ? ?); Fukien: Shao-Woo (1944- Ⅷ-24, 1 ?, C.C. Maa). Type in Academia Sinica. Pseudoplmatops angustifasciatus, sp. n. (fig. 8) Allied to Ps. nigricostalis continentalis, distinguished by the wings cross-band-ed, with the apex more abruptly narrowed and the veins r 2+3 and r 4+5 dis-tinctly divergent. General colour brownish- or reddish-black, apical segments of abdomen, ovi-positor and legs reddish-or yellowish-brown, coxae, trochanier and basal half offemora darkened; thorax with a pair of median greyis
