摘 要：
大学生创新性实验教学不仅是大学教学体系中的一个重要方面,也是培养创新型人才不可缺少的重要途径。该文结合创新性实验教学的实际情况,提出高等教育改革必须突破传统的教学结构,采用主导—主体教学结构进行创新性实验教学,并对具体教学方法和教学手段进行探究和实践,以期获得更好的教学效果,从而培养出具有高度创新能力的21世纪新型人才。

摘 要：
Innovative experiment teaching on college students is not only an important aspect of university teaching system but also the indispensable important way to cultivate creative talents. Combined with the actual situation of innovative experimental teaching,the concept that the reform of higher education must be carried out by breaking through the traditional teaching structure was put forward. Leading-subject teaching structure is adopted to improve the innovative experiment teaching. In addition,aim to have a better teaching effort and develop highly innovative ability of new talents in the 21 st century,the specific teaching methods and teaching means are explored.
