中国与澳大利亚羊毛生产成本收益及生产效率比较

摘  要:
利用2005—2016年面板数据,对中国和澳大利亚羊毛生产的成本、收益及生产效率分别进行了分析和测算。研究发现,中国羊毛生产成本、收益和利润均低于澳大利亚,且在成本结构上存在差异,中国羊毛生产成本以饲料成本和人工投入为主,澳大利亚则主要在机械使用成本、人工投入、草场建设和服务费用方面;两国羊毛生产的生产效率表明,澳大利亚羊毛产业发展已较为成熟,综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率已接近最优资源配置,技术进步率及全要素生产率有所提升;中国羊毛生产的综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率已相对稳定,受技术进步率下降影响全要素生产率有所下降。未来,中国羊毛生产效率的提高,除需加大科技投入外,还需着力于发展适度规模养殖、加大饲草料补给。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed and calculated cost, income and production efficiency of wool production between China and Australia, using panel data from 2005 to 2016. The research results showed as follows: cost,income and profit of wool production in China were all lower than that in Australia. There are differences in cost structure between China and Australia. The cost of wool production in China was mainly feed cost and labor input, but in Australia, the cost of wool mainly focused on mechanical cost, labor input, grassland construction and service cost. From the production efficiency of wool production in China and Australia, we could find that the wool industry development in Australia had been relatively mature, with almost optimal allocation of resources among comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency and the improvement of both the technological progress rate and total factor productivity, however in China, the comprehensive technical efficiency, pure technological efficiency and scale efficiency of wool production had been relatively stable, with the total factor productivity declining due to the decrease in the technological progress rate. In the future, in order to improve wool production efficiency in China, besides increasing the input in science and technology, efforts should also be made to develop appropriate scale cultivation and increase the supply of fodder.
