摘 要:
为研究螺旋藻粉、地黄多糖和益母草提取物对蛋鸡蛋品质和部分生化指标的影响,试验选取210日龄海兰灰蛋鸡495只,采用三因素一次回归正交设计,随机分为11组,即1个对照组,10个试验组,分别在饲粮中添加螺旋藻粉5、10、15 g/kg,地黄多糖提取物2.5、3.0、3.5 g/kg,益母草提取物0.7、0.9、1.1 g/kg。结果表明:1饲粮添加螺旋藻粉、地黄多糖和益母草提取物,使平均蛋重、蛋黄颜色、哈夫单位明显增加,胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。添加螺旋藻粉10 g/kg、地黄多糖3.0 g/kg和益母草提取物0.9 g/kg,哈氏单位比对照组增加了9.04%(P<0.05)。胆固醇、甘油三酯均以添加螺旋藻粉15 g/kg、地黄多糖提取物3.5 g/kg和益母草提取物1.1 g/kg为最佳。2随螺旋藻粉添加量的增加,蛋黄颜色、铁含量显著增加,胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。随地黄多糖提取物添加量的增加,蛋壳强度极显著增加(P<0.01),蛋黄颜色有增加的趋势,甘油三酯含量有降低的趋势(P<0.1)。随益母草提取物添加量的增加,蛋黄颜色显著增加(P<0.05),蛋壳强度极显著增加(P<0.01)。3螺旋藻粉和地黄多糖提取物对平均蛋重、蛋壳强度的拮抗作用极显著(P<0.01),益母草提取物和地黄多糖提取物对蛋壳强度、胆固醇含量的拮抗作用显著(P<0.05)。考虑相互作用和经济效益,添加螺旋藻粉10 g/kg、地黄多糖提取物3.0 g/kg和益母草提取物0.9 g/kg的效果最好。

摘 要:
In order to study the effects of spirulina powder,Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides extract(RPS)and motherwort extract on eggs quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens,495 210-day-age Hy-Line gray commercial layers were selected. The study was used three-factor linear regression orthogonal design and the layers were randomly assigned into 11 groups which were a control group and ten test groups,and adding spirulina powder of 5,10,15 g/kg,RPS of 2.5,3.0,3.5 g/kg and motherwort extract 0.7,0.9,1.1 g/kg in the diet. The results showed that:1 When adding spirulina powder,RPS and motherwort extract,average egg weight,yolk color and Haugh unit were significantly increased,cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05). When adding spirulina powder of 10 g/kg,RPS of 3.0 g/kg and motherwort extract of 0.9 g/kg,Haugh unit was increased by 9.04% than the control group(P<0.05). The cholesterol and triglyceride lerels were the best of all when spirulina powder of 15 g/kg,PRS of 3.5 g/kg and motherwort extract of 1.1 g/kg were added. 2 With the increase of spirulina powder,egg yolk color and iron content were significantly increased and cholesterol and triglyceride levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).With the increase of RPS,eggshell strength was significantly increased(P<0.01),there was an increasing trend in egg yolk color and decreasing trend in triglyceride level(P<0.1). With the increase of motherwort extract,egg yolk color was increased significantly(P<0.05),and there was significantly increased in eggshell strength(P<0.01). 3 Taken average egg weight and eggshell strength as indicators,the antagonism of spirulina powder and RPS extract was significant(P<0.01). For eggshell strength and cholesterol level,the antayonism of motherwort extract and RPS was significant(P<0.05). Taking into account the interaction and economic benefit,the best result was spirulina powder of 10 g/kg,RPS of 3.0 g/kg and motherwort extract of 0.9 g/kg.
