太阳能联合电加热沼气控制器的设计与应用

摘  要:
针对我国北方冬季由于气温低而产生的沼气池产气率低,甚至出现沼气池池体冻裂等问题,提出采用太阳能和电相结合为沼气池供暖。首先建立三维温度控制模型,为保持沼液温度处于适合区间并在±3℃内波动,将沼气池和周围土壤看成有机整体进行控制。其次对控制系统进行了详细的软、硬件设计。最后以哈尔滨地区年出栏2 000头的集约化养猪场为例进行了试验,结果表明,在天气最冷的4个月系统需要同时联合电加热,其他月份采用太阳能单独供热即可;系统温度控制精确度达到±2℃。

摘  要:
In view of the problems of the low temperature in north China in winter,low gas digesters,the biogas cell body frost crack and so on,a solution of using solar jointing electric power for the digester heating was proposed.At first,in order to maintain the slurry temperature in suitable range and keep the fluctuation within ±3 ℃,the digesters and the surrounding soil were considered as an organic whole,a three-dimensional model of temperature control was established.Secondly,the software and hardware of the control system were designed in detail.Finally,the experiment was conducted using an intensive pig farm of 2 000 slaughter pigs per year in Harbin as an example.The results showed that the system needed to joint electric heating in the coldest four months and it could be powered by solar heating alone in other months,the temperature control accuracy of the system was within ±2 ℃.
