摘 要:
目的:利用不同频率短声刺激正常CBA小鼠,诱发听性脑干反应(Auditory brainstem responses,ABR),分析各波形出现频率、潜伏期、阈值和幅值,找出最适合用于检测CBA小鼠阈值的ABR波,为CBA小鼠听觉研究提供参考依据。方法:对50只CBA小鼠进行短声(click声)诱发ABR测试,分别观察高(90 d B SPL)、中(60 d B SPL)、低(30d B SPL)3个刺激强度下波Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ的出现率,阈值的判断使用出现率最高的波,并测量其的潜伏期和幅值。结果:(1)在高中低三个刺激强度下波Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ的引出率分别是100%、100%、100%、100%、65%,100%、100%、100%、100%、59%,95%、97%、65%、55%、45%;发现波Ⅱ的引出率最高并且最稳定,相比较其他波而言最适合用来判断反应阈值,其平均阈值为30 d B SPL;(2)观察发现从90 d B SPL逐渐降低到30 d B SPL时,波Ⅱ的潜伏期在2.08~2.35 ms之间,幅值在2.15~1.62μV之间。结论:CBA小鼠短声诱发ABR波Ⅱ引出率最高且最稳定,引出波Ⅱ的刺激声强度应作为其反应阈值的参考标准。

To obtain the auditory brainstem response(ABR) wave of normal CBA adult mice, and further to analyze the thresholds, latent period and amplitudes, so as to provide reference frame for further mice auditory research. Applied click ABR test to 50 normal CBA mice. The occurrence rate of wave Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ under high level(90 d B SPL), moderate level(60 d B SPL) and low level(30 d B SPL), were observed respectively. The wave with the highest occurrence rate to determine the threshold value was analyzed. Meanwhile, its latent period and amplitudes were measured. as the result showed that the occurrence rates of wave Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 65% at high levels, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100%,59% at moderate levels and 95%, 97%, 65%, 55%, 45% at low levels. Wave II, with an average threshold was 30 d B SPL,had the highest wave lead rate and stability. which was the most suitable to judge the response thresholds, compared to other waves. According to observation, when sound intensities changed from 90 to 30 d B SPL, the latent period would be 2.08-2.35 ms and amplitude range would be 2.15-1.62Μv, respectively. It can be concluded that wave II, induced by click sound, showed the highest wave lead rate and stability. The stimulation intensity of wave II is the reference frame for its response thresholds value.
