薄荷属种质资源遗传多样性ISSR分析

摘  要：
利用ISSR分子标记技术对引种到海南的14个薄荷种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,从100条ISSR引物中选取12条多态性好、重复性好、条带清晰的引物,对14份样品DNA进行扩增,共得到276条条带,其中多态性条带有272条,多态性达98.32%,说明14个薄荷种质资源间存在丰富的遗传变异。遗传相似系数介于0.5181~0.8732之间,平均为0.65。利用UPGMA聚类分析,可在阈值为0.69处将其分为6大类。聚类结果与传统的形态分类法具有一致性。

摘  要：
Genetic diversity of 14 varieties of Mentha introduced to Hainan was analyzed by ISSR markers.12 primers with better polymorphism,high repeatability,clear strips were selected from 100 ISSR primers.The result showed that a total of 276 bands were detected from 14 samples of which 272 were polymorphic(98.32%),indicating that these cultivars had comparatively high genetic variation.The range of GS was 0.5181-0.8732 with an average of 0.65.And all the cultivars could be divided into 6 groups with the similarity coefficient at 0.69,by UPGMA method.The result of cluster analysis was consistent with that of traditional external appearance discrimination.
