绞股蓝与乌蔹莓的光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性比较

摘  要:
在模拟野外栽培条件下,对绞股蓝与乌蔹莓光合作用和叶绿素荧光等指标及其叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量等指标进行比较,以期对这两种药用植物的人工栽培提供一些光合生境方面的指导。结果表明,绞股蓝较乌蔹莓具有低光补偿点,低光饱和点,对吸收的光能的利用能力低。乌蔹莓对温度的适应范围较绞股蓝大,而叶绿素含量上绞股蓝明显高于乌蔹莓,但是在叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值上显著低于乌蔹莓。两者之间类胡萝卜素含量差异不显著。显然,绞股蓝比乌蔹莓更偏喜阴生境,人工栽培绞股蓝宜选择毛竹林、疏林或棚网遮荫等生境。

摘  要:
The characters of photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence between Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Cayratia japonica were compared under field-simulated condition for the purpose of providing some guidance on culturing the two medicinal plants.The photosynthesis characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence,chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of G.pentaphyllum and C.japonica were simultaneously studied.Results showed that,C.japonica had a wider adaptability to temperature while G.pentaphyllum had a lower light conservation point,a lower light saturation point and a lower ability in using light.Though the chlorophyll contents of G.pentaphyllum were higher,the Chl a/b was significantly lower than that of C.japonica.Consequently,G.pentaphyllum was more adaptive to large shade-endurance than C.japonica.
