摘  要:
近年来,世界各国都非常重视转基因成分检测技术的研究和应用,因此,建立快速简单、高灵敏度、高精确度的转基因成分检测方法十分必要。数字PCR(digital PCR,d PCR)技术作为一种全新的核酸检测方法,近年来在转基因检测领域备受青睐。文中介绍了数字PCR(digital PCR,d PCR)技术的基本原理,概述了其在转基因成分检测领域的应用进展。

摘  要:
In recent years,many countries attach great importance to the research and application of the detection technology of genetically modified components.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a rapid,simple,high sensitivity and high precision detection method of transgenic components.Digital PCR(digital,d PCR)technology as a new nucleic acid detection methods,in recent years in the field of transgenic detection favored by the PCR.This paper introduces the basic principle of digital PCR(digital,d PCR) technology,and summarizes its application in the field of genetically modified component detection(PCR).
