番茄渣对绵羊生产性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究日粮中添加番茄渣对绵羊生产性能和血清生化指标的影响。【方法】选择体重40 kg左右的萨福克×阿勒泰杂交母羊40只,随机分为四个处理组,每组10只羊,对照组(CON)、低含量番茄渣饲喂组(LTP)、中含量番茄渣饲喂组(MTP)和高含量番茄渣饲喂组(HTP),分别饲喂含番茄渣(风干物质)0%、30%、40%和50%的全混合日粮,试验期43 d。【结果】与对照组相比,LTP组和MTP组DMI分别提高21.29%(P=0.051>0.05)、34.85%(P<0.01),ADG分别提高了21.77%(P>0.05)、16.33%(P>0.05),但HTP组绵羊DMI和ADG极显著下降(P<0.01),各试验组饲料转化率存在显著性差异(P<0.05);各处理组绵羊血清中TP、GLOB、ALB、SUN、CHOL、GLU、TG、LDL、ALT、LDH、K、Na、Cl、TCa和P浓度均差异不显著(P>0.05),而ASK、ALP、Mg浓度则存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。【结论】日粮中添加占日粮30%和40%(风干物质为基础)的番茄渣有助于提高绵羊DMI和ADG,对绵羊血清生化指标不会产生不良影响。

摘  要:
【Objective】This study was conducted to determine the effects of tomato pomace( TP) on growth performance and serum biochemical indices in sheep. 【Method】Forty Suffolk x Altay crossbred ewes were randomly divided into four groups( ten for each group) : control group( CON),low TP- group( LTP), middle TP- group( MTP) and high TP- group( HTP),which were fed rations supplemented with 0%, 30%,40%,and 50% TP based on air dry matter,respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 43 days. 【Result】Compared with the CON,dry matter intake( DMI) of LTP and MTP were increased by 21. 29%( P = 0. 051 > 0. 05),34. 85%( P < 0. 01),respectively,and ADG was increased by 21. 77%( P > 0. 05),16. 33%( P >0. 05),but DMI and ADG of HTP were significantly lower than that of CON( P <0. 01). Feed conversion rate( FCR) was not significantly different among four groups( P < 0. 05); There was no significant difference in TP,GLOB,ALB,SUN,CHOL,GLU,TG,LDL,ALT,LDH,K,Na,Cl,TCa,and P among groups( P > 0. 05),but the difference in ASK,ALP and Mg was significant( P < 0. 05). 【Conclusion】Feeding with TP by 30,40 percent of ration could increase DMI and ADG in sheep,which had no harmful effects in terms of serum biochemical indices.
