日粮中添加番茄渣对奶牛采食量和产奶性能的影响

摘  要:
分别采用基础日粮(对照组)和基础日粮中10%的玉米青贮替换为番茄渣青贮(试验组)饲喂奶牛,研究日粮中添加番茄渣青贮对奶牛采食量和产奶性能的影响,为更有效地利用番茄渣资源提供科学依据。结果发现,试验组奶牛的采食率和干物质采食量分别达到90.19%和13.08[kg/(d·头)],与对照组相比分别显著提高了7.78%和6.25%。试验组奶牛对干物质、粗蛋白以及中性洗涤纤维的消化率均与对照组差异不显著。试验组奶牛的产奶量及牛奶中的脂肪、蛋白质、乳糖含量均与对照组无显著差异,但试验组牛奶中的维生素A、E、C含量均较对照组显著提高。综上,日粮中添加番茄渣(干基础)代替日粮中10%的玉米青贮,对奶牛的采食量和消化率无负面影响,且可有效提高牛奶中维生素A、E、C含量。

摘  要:
To study the effects of dietary tomato residue silage on feed intake and milk production performance,and to provide scientific basis for more effective use of tomato residue silage resources,the control group and the test group were fed with the basal diet and the revised diet substituted tomato residue silage for the 10% corn silage of the basal diet.The results showed that the feed intake rate and dry matter intake of the experimental group were 90.19% and 13.08 kg/d,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group by 7.78% and 6.25%,respectively.The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and neutral detergent fiber was not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group.The milk yield,milk fat,protein,and lactose content were not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group,but the vitamin A,E,and C contents of the milk in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.In summary,dietary supplementation of 10% tomato residuesilage(dry basis) has no negative effect on the dry intake and digestibility of the cows,and can effectively increase vitamin A,E,and C contentin milk.
