镉对抗癌植物鳢肠种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
为研究镉对鳢肠种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,采用不同浓度的镉离子溶液处理鳢肠种子。结果表明,不同浓度的氯化镉溶液对鳢肠种子萌发的影响不同:与CK相比,浓度为1 mg/L时,对鳢肠种子萌发有促进作用;浓度为3 mg/L时,鳢肠种子的萌发情况与CK基本一致;浓度超过3 mg/L时,鳢肠种子萌发明显受到抑制,且随浓度升高而加剧;当浓度为200 mg/L时,表现为完全抑制。认为:镉对鳢肠种子萌发的适宜浓度范围在0~3 mg/L,最佳浓度为1 mg/L。

摘  要:
The seeds of Eclipta prostrata were treated with different concentrations of cadmium chloride solution to study effects of cadmium on its seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that different concentrations of cadmium chloride solution had different effect on its seed germination,1 mg/L cadmium chloride solution had promotion effect on seed germination compared with CK,the seed germination rate of seeds treated with 3 mg/L cadmium chloride solution was similar to CK basically,the seed germination of seeds treated with 3 mg/L cadmium chloride solution was obviously inhibited,and the seed germination of seeds treated with 200 mg/L cadmium chloride solution was completely inhibited.Therefore,the suitable concentration and optimum concentration of cadmium chloride solution for promoting seed germination of Eclipta prostrata are 0~3 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively.
