棉瓣热风干燥单因素影响特性的试验研究

摘  要:
针对霜后棉桃、僵瓣棉的回收利用现状,采用立式物料循环热风干燥机设备,对筛选的棉瓣样品进行了9组不同风速、风温下的单因素干燥试验,对棉瓣的热风干燥特性进行了分析。结果表明:风温、风速均对干燥时间有显著的影响,合理地控制风温、风速参数能得到最优的干燥效果;在实验条件下,风速5.0m/s、风温100℃时出现最优的干燥效果。

摘  要:
In view of the recycling and utilizing current situation of frosted bolls,deadlocked cotton,using a vertical hot-air dryer equipment for selected cotton flap samples is adopted to carry out 9 different sets of wind speed,air temperature single factor tests under dry and analyze hot-air drying characteristics of cotton flap.The results showed that wind temperature,wind speed has a significant impact on the drying time and that it can get the best drying results by controlling air temperature,wind speed parameters reasonably.Under the experimental conditions,the best drying results come with the wind velocity 5.0m / s,the temperature 100℃.
