摘  要：
对茶树菇多糖对荷瘤动物模型的影响进行了研究,实验结果表明:茶树菇多糖对小鼠S180移植肉瘤及S180腹水瘤具有显著的抑制作用,对环磷酰胺所致的实验小鼠白细胞数下降有显著的升高作用。

摘  要：
Purpose:Study the effect of AAP on mouse with tumor and the resistant effect on depression of the number of WBC (White blood cell) caused by CP(cyclophsphamide). Methods: Select the targets such as inhibitory rate of tumor, cell division index, survival time and the number of WBC to evaluate the influence of different concentrations of AAP on S 180 ascites sarcoma and transplantation sarcoma in mouse. Results: Comparing with the control, the AAP can inhibit the mouse's sarcoma from growing, prolong the survival time of mouse bearing tumor and increase the numbers of WBC depressed caused by CP. Conclusion: AAP has antineoplastic effect, it's may be related to its immunity regulation.
