摘  要：
Modern biotechnology is developed based on the traditional biotechnology. It takes the establishment of DNA recombination technique as a sign,is based on the research fruits of modern biology,and takes gene or genome as a key. Nowadays,it has extended to every biological technology fields. The role,application,nutritional regulation,etc. of biotechnology in animal nutrition were summarized in this paper.
