基于示功图的油井智能间抽系统研究

摘  要:
在油田数字化平台的基础上开发了一套油井智能间抽系统。该系统将数字化系统采集得到的示功图转化为泵功图,根据泵功图对泵工况进行诊断,对工况为供液不足的井转为间抽模式。对间抽井提出了根据泵效的大小来确定间抽的时间。该系统在2个数字化丛式井组中进行应用,结果表明该系统起到了很好的节能降耗的作用。

摘  要:
Based on the platform of oilfield digitalization,a set of well intelligent intermissive pumping system was designed.In the system,the indicator diagram collected by the intelligent system was turned into a pumping indicator diagram,based on the pumping indicator diagram,the pumping working condition was diagnosed,by which the well of insufficient fluid supply was turned into intermission mode,the intermissive pumping time was provided based on size of pumping efficiency.The system is used in 2cluster well groups,good effect is obtained for energy serving and cost reduction.
