不同处理方法对马蔺种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
[目的]提高马蔺种子的萌发率。[方法]采用酸蚀处理、碱蚀处理、热水处理与种子切胚等处理马蔺种子的种皮,以5℃中存放1个月的种子为对照,放置于25℃的恒温箱中,测定培养20 d的发芽率。[结果]98%的浓硫酸处理可使马蔺种子表皮完全氧化成炭,保湿催芽20 d后,种子萌发率达到36%~42%。40%的NaOH处理也同样可使马蔺种子表皮氧化成炭,种子发芽率达到48%~52%。热水处理对马蔺种子萌发的效果不明显,与对照组相比,萌发率只提高了2%~4%。种子切胚处理对马蔺种子萌发的影响与对照组相比很明显,可使种子发芽率达到24%~38%。[结论]98%的浓硫酸和40%的NaOH处理可以显著提高马蔺种子的萌发率。

摘  要:
[Objective] The objective was to improve the germination rate of Iris lactea seeds.[Method] The I.lactea seeds were treated with acid etching,alkaline etching,hot water treatment and cutting embryo treatment,with seeds stored at 5 ℃ for 1 month as CK.After they were put in thermostat at 25 ℃ for 20 d,the germination rate was determined.[Result] 98% H2SO4 treatment could completely oxidize the seed epidermis into carbon,and the germination rate of seeds could reach 36%-42% after treatment of preserving wet and accelerating germination for 20 d.Treatment with 40% NaOH could also completely oxidize the seeds epidermis into carbon and its germination rate could reach 48%-52%.The effect of hot water treatment on germination of I.lactea seeds was no obvious,only increasing by 2%-4% than that of CK.The influence of cutting embryo treatment was significant higher than that of CK group and made the germination rate up to 24%-38%.[Conclusion] Treatments with 98% H2SO4 and 40% NaOH could significantly improve the germination rate of I.lactea seeds.
