摘  要:
对唐菖蒲、马蔺2种鸢尾科植物核型分析,以期为鸢尾科植物(药材)分类育种等研究方面提供参考.分别对唐菖蒲、马蔺两种鸢尾科植物的根尖细胞进行了染色体数目观察和核型分析.唐菖蒲的体细胞染色体数目为60,核型公式是2n=4x=60=52m+8sm,染色体相对长度组成为2n=60=18L+8M2+8M1+26S,染色体中最长与最短的比值为5.41,臂比大于2:1的比例为0.07,核型为2C型;马蔺体细胞染色体数目为44,核型公式是2n=44=30m+8sm+6st,染色体相对长度组成为2n=44=10L+14M2+10M1+10S,染色体中最长与最短的比值为4.00,臂比大于2:1的比例为0.32,核型为2B型.

摘  要:
The chromosome karyotypes of Gladiolus hybridus and Iris lactea var. chinensis were studied. The main results showed Chromosome number of Gladiolus hybridus was 2n=60. The karyotype formula was 2n =4x =60 =52rn +8sm. According to the method Kuo SR, the species chromosome based on the relative length was 2n=60=18L+8M2+8M1+26S which belong to "2C" type. Chromosome number of Iris lactea var. chinensis was 2n=44. The karyotype formula of Iris lactea var. chinensis was 2n=44=30m+8sm+6st. The species chromosome based on the relative length was 2n=44=10L+14M2+10M1+10S which belong to"2B" type.
