基于双重目标的油菜土地适度规模经营研究——以湖北省342户调研农户为例

摘  要：
以食用油料供给安全和农户增收为双重目标,利用湖北省油菜主产区2013—2014年度342户农户的调查数据,基于农户投入产出模型、生产利润模型和生产成本模型,研究了油菜土地适度经营规模。结果表明,种植规模和总投入成本是影响油菜产量和收入的最主要因素,劳动技能对油菜产量和收入的影响十分微弱;土地是油菜最重要的生产要素,土地细碎化和土地流转对油菜产量和收入具有一定的影响;农户的油菜土地适度经营规模应确定为[0.36,0.67)hm~2。

摘  要：
Taking the edible oil plants' supply safety and the farmers' income increase as the dual objectives, adopting the evidence of 342 households in Hubei main rapeseed producing area in 2013-2014, this paper will give a study on the Moderate land-scale operation of rapeseed based on such 3 household models of input-output, profit and cost. The result shows that: 1) the main impact factors are planting scale and total producing cost in rapeseed ' production and the farmers' income while there is very weak impact of labor skills to rapeseed' production and the farmers' income. 2) Land is the most important element in rapeseed production and there are some impact on edible oil plants ' production and farmers' income of land fragmentation and land transfer. 3)the moderate land-scale operation of rapeseed based on dual objectives may be[0.36,0.67)hm~2 now.
