数字样机技术在城市客车车身开发中的应用

摘要：

叙述了数字样机技术在城市客车车身开发中的重要作用,提出了PRO/E环境下基于数字样机技术的城市客车车身设计方法。通过车身概念设计、数据采集、三维数字化模型的建立等手段开发城市客车车身,可取代传统的实物油泥模型,从而缩短了产品开发周期、降低开发成本、提高开发质量。

摘要：

The importance of digital prototyping technology applying to develop city bus body is described.The method used for developing city bus body by means of digital prototyping technology under PRO/E environment is proposed.The city bus is developed by means of conceptual design,data acquisition,establishing digital three-dimensional model,etc.in stead of the traditional physical sludge model.The method proposed in this paper is helpful to shorten development cycle,reduce development costs and improve the quality of city bus.
