水禽细小病毒病流行病学及防控研究进展

摘  要:
我国是水禽养殖大国,也是禽肉、禽蛋消费大国。细小病毒是危害水禽重要病原之一,常引起鹅和番鸭的发病甚至死亡,造成严重的经济损失。为了有效防控水禽细小病毒(Waterfowl parvovirus, WPVs)的流行,减少经济损失,国内外学者研制各种疫苗用于WPVs的预防。文章从WPVs流行病学及防控措施(疫苗、卵黄抗体及生物安全管理)方面进行综述,旨在为水禽细小病毒病的综合防控提供参考。

摘  要:
China is a large country of waterfowl breeding and poultry meat and eggs consumption. Parvovirus is one of the important pathogens of waterfowl, which often causes the morbidity and mortality of geese and muscovy ducks, resulting in serious economic losses. In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic of Waterfowl parvovirus(WPVs) and reduce economic losses, domestic and foreign scholars have developed various vaccines for the prevention of WPVs. This article reviewed the epidemiology and prevention and control(vaccine, yolk antibody and biosafety management)of WPVs, in order to provide reference for the comprehensive prevention and control of WPVs disease.
