在广东省的动物中检出的肿瘤(第四报)

摘  要：
作者在本文的第一、二、三报中,报道了自1975～1980年在广东省各地的668头(只)动物中检出了27种145例肿瘤。检出率为21.7％,其中恶性肿瘤占21种计137例(94.48％)。通过调查,了解了各种动物中肿瘤的分布梗概、好发的解剖部位、组纫类型,良恶性肿瘤的比率以及流行病学资料,临床症状和病理形态特征;对一些肿瘤的病因和发病条件,并进行了分析和讨论。 1981年以来,在进一步调查中,作者又检出了一批动物的肿瘤新病例。整理于本文中的肿瘤有神经纤维肉瘤、皮肤乳头状瘤、纤维脂肪瘤、肠腺瘤、甲状腺癌、间皮瘤、卵泡膜细胞瘤和不白血性白血病8种共20例,这些都是继1980年之后新检出的另一些类型的肿瘤。涉及的动物有水牛、黄牛、猪、兔、鼠和鸡。其中猪的神经纤维肉瘤和鸡的卵泡膜细胞瘤都是动物中比较罕见的肿瘤,在国内为初次检出的病例。 此外,1980年以来,还继续检出了大批我们已经报道过的组织类型的肿瘤病例如鼻咽癌、副鼻窦癌、淋巴肉瘸、纤维瘤、原发性肝癌、马立克氏病、淋巴细胞性白血病和卵巢癌等共107例。 检出的新的组织类型肿瘤为比较肿瘤学和家畜肿瘤学提供了一些新的资料。

摘  要：
Seventeen cases of spontaneous tumors from 8 kinds(13 cases from 5 kinds are benign tumors and 4 cases from 3 kinds are malignant tumors) were detected in Guangdong by the authors once more. They are neurofibrosarcoma (sow), papilloma of skin (cattle and hen), fibrolipdma(cattle), polypoid adenoma of colon and small intestine (sow and rabbit), carcinoma of thyroid gland (consisting of papillary adenocarcinoma and follicular adenocarcinoma (mouse), mesothelioma (cattle), theca cell tumor (hen) and aleukemic leukemia (cattle).The rare neoplasms are discussed much more than common cases in part IV of this report. Some tumors such as papilloma of skin belong to a kind of viral tumor, which have an appearance of growing in groups. In literature, the tumors of nervous tissue are case of rare in domestic animals; however, in cattle the nervous sheath tumor is common. One neurofibrosarcoma, which is very rare in various animals, was observed in a sow(about 4 years old) in this area recently. The cattle's mesothelioma,rabbit's polypoid adenoma of small intestine and hen's theca cell tumor were discovered for the first time in Guangdong.The epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathologic characteristics of these neoplasms were described in this paper.
