水稻显矮资源——粳D1半矮生性的遗传分析

摘  要：
用半矮生粳D1与5个籼;粳高秆亲本配组了11个组合。分析F_1、F_2、B_1、B_2株高与相应亲本株高之间的遗传结果表明:粳 D1的半矮生性是不完全显性,受多对独立基因控制,属于加性——显性遗传。其基因的加性效应极显著,显性效应显著。广义遗传力和狭义遗传力分别为81.06%和80.33%。株高负向优势变幅为-2.39～-12.32%,达极显著水平。

摘  要：
11 combinations were made among semidwarf japonica rice D_1 and 5 high stalk parents of indica=japonica rice.The genetic nature and mode of plant height in F_1,F_2,B_1,B_2 and their parents wew studied.It was round that semidwarfism of japonica rice D_1 was incomplete dominance,which was controlled by multipair independint genes,and belonged to additive-dominant inheritance.Additive effect was significant at 1% level.Negative effect of dominance was significant at 5% level.H_B~2 and H_N~2 were 81.0.6% and 80.33% respectively.The negative heterosis of plant height was -2.3%～-12.32%,significant at 1% level,Hence,it will be useful to understand these facts for selecting the parents on indica-japonica hybrid rice semidwarfism breeding.
