濒危植物新疆沙冬青叶解剖结构及其光合特性

摘  要:
运用常规石蜡切片法研究了濒危植物新疆沙冬青叶片的解剖学特征,发现该植物形成了适应于干旱荒漠生境的超旱生结构;利用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定仪,测定了新疆沙冬青的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等光合生理指标,结果表明:新疆沙冬青叶片的日间净光合速率、蒸腾速率与气孔导度均呈现出典型的三峰型变化式样,日间有两次明显的光合“午休”发生,均与气孔导度的下降有明显关系。新疆沙冬青适应干旱荒漠生境的光合生理机制是以降低气孔导度作出响应,以调节植物的水分利用方式。其之所以不耐樵采和放牧啃食,种群自我恢复能力差的原因之一可能是由于其叶片净光合速率不高造成的。

摘  要:
Anatomical structure of leaf on Ammopiptanthus nanus was studied by light microscope,and its photosynthetic characteristics were studied by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analysis system.The results showed that the plant was of super-xeric structure,and its daily variation patterns of all net photosynthesis rate,evaporation rate and stomatal conductance were tri-peaked.There were two times of naps during the day time,it was the result of decrease of stomatal conductance,by which A.nanus could effectively sustain its inner water.The low photosynthetic efficiency of A.nanus might be one of the reasons that the plant was intolerant to herbivory or cutting.
