复方肿节风颗粒及其单方对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响

摘  要:
通过腹腔注射化学诱导剂氧嗪酸钾建造小鼠急性高尿酸血症模型,研究复方肿节风颗粒及其单方对高尿酸血症小鼠血清尿酸水平的影响。结果表明,与空白对照组比较,阳性对照组小鼠血清尿酸值极显著升高(P<0.01),表明用氧嗪酸钾造模成功;与阳性对照组相比,复方肿节风颗粒组小鼠血清尿酸值极显著降低(P<0.01),单方肿节风颗粒组显著降低(P<0.05),单方射干颗粒和单方甘草颗粒降尿酸作用不明显;复方肿节风颗粒和单方肿节风颗粒肝脏匀浆中黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性与模型组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),而射干、甘草颗粒差异不显著。复方肿节风颗粒降尿酸作用主要来自方中肿节风,其降尿酸机理与抑制XOD有关。

摘  要:
In this paper the effects of compound Zhongjiefeng particle and its single herbs on serum uric acid levels in oxonate-induced hyperuricemia mice were studied.The results showed that compared with the control group,the serum uric acid values in the mice of positive control group were significantly increased(P <0.01) which indicated the acute hyperuricemia model were successively constructed by oxonate. Compared with the positive control group,the serum uric acid levels in mice which treated compound Zhongjiefeng particles were extremely significantly lower(P<0.01), and the treatment group with single zhongjiefeng particles were significantly lower(P<0.05),while the treatment group with single Shegan and licorice particles showed no significant difference. The xanthine oxidase(XOD) activity in liver homogenates of mice in treatment group with compound Zhongjiefeng particles and single Zhongjiefeng particles showed significant difference with the model control group(P<0.01),while the groups of single Shegan and licorice particles showed no significant difference.It indicated that the effect of uric acid reducing was mainly from Zhongjiefeng particles, and its mechanism of uric acid reducing related with the inhibition of XOD.
