摘  要:
为了探讨肿节风有效成分迷迭香酸对小鼠哮喘模型Th1/Th2细胞因子的调节作用,试验将50只雌性Balb/c小鼠随机分为5组,分别为正常对照组、迷迭香酸单药组、OVA哮喘模型组、迷迭香酸治疗组、地塞米松治疗组,采用ELISA方法对支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平进行了研究。结果表明:与正常对照组比较,OVA哮喘模型组小鼠BALF中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平极显著升高(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平极显著降低(P<0.01),IL-4/IFN-γ比例极显著升高(P<0.01);与OVA哮喘模型组比较,迷迭香酸治疗组和地塞米松治疗组显著抑制了IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平(P<0.05),显著降低了IL-4/IFN-γ比值(P<0.05)。说明肿节风有效成分迷迭香酸具有抑制哮喘Th2细胞因子和调节免疫平衡的作用。

摘  要:
To explore the effects of Zhongjiefeng effective components,rosmarinic acid,on the regulational function of Th1/Th2 cytokines in asthmatic mice,50 female Balb/c mice were divided into 5 groups randomly and named control group,single rosmarinic acid control group,asthma model group,rosmarinic acid treatment group,dexamethasone treatment group,respectively. Then the levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and IFN-γ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( BALF) were detected by the method of ELISA. The results showed that the levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 in BALF were significantly increased in asthma model group compared with the normal group( P < 0. 01),while the level of IFN-γ was decreased significantly( P < 0. 01),the IL-4/IFN-γ ratio was significantly increased( P < 0. 01). Compared with the asthma model group,the IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 concentrations and the ratio of IL-4/IFN-γ were significantly decreased in rosmarinic acid treatment group and dexamethasone treatment group( P < 0. 05). According the results,we concluded that the Zhongjiefeng effective components,rosmarinic acid,has effects on the inhibition of Th2 cytokines and the regulational function of immune balance.
