河南省财政支农支出与第一产业增长的动态关系研究

摘  要：
运用基于VAR模型的动态经济计量分析方法对1978—2006年河南省财政支农支出与第一产业增加值之间的关系进行了实证分析.结果表明,河南省财政支农支出和第一产业增加值之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;财政支农支出的冲击对第一产业有较强的正向作用,财政支农支出明显促进第一产业的发展,且这种积极影响呈递增趋势;第一产业增加值的冲击对财政支农支出有较强的正向作用,对财政支农支出波动的贡献较大.

摘  要：
There is an empirical study on the relationship between the fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture and the value added of the primary industry in Henan province with a dynamic econometric analysis method based on VAR model.The result shows that there is a stable equilibrium relationship between them in the long run.Meanwhile,the response of value added of the primary industry to one S.D.fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture innovation is very strong,the fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture promotes the development of primary industry clearly and the response value increases step by step with time.The positive response of the fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture to the S.D.innovation of the added value of the primary industry is clear and the contribution proportion of the added value of the primary industry to the fluctuation of fiscal expenditure on supporting agriculture is strong.
