近年来,在大众教育的背景和高校扩招的形势下,大量的青年教师补充到高校的教师队伍中来,高校青年教师的思想政治工作出现了新情况和新问题。面对这些新的情况和问题,要从丰富政治理论学习形式,加强青年教师的师德师风建设,努力解决青年教师的实际困难三个方面入手,努力提高青年教师的政治思想水平,做到真正从思想、工作和生活上关心帮助他们,使他们健康迅速地成长,早日成为高等教育的生力军和主力军。

摘  要：
Recent years, in the background of popular education and under the situation of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, a large number of young teachers supplement to teachers colleges in the past, so that young teachers in colleges and universities ideological and political work in the new situation and new problems. In the face of these new situations and problems, it should start from three aspects: rich form of politics theoretical study, strengthen ethics strengthen construction of young teachers, trying to solve practical difficulties of young teachers. Efforts to improve the political and ideological level of young teachers from truly thought, work and life care to help them so that they grow up healthy quickly, soon become the main force and the main force in higher education.
