土壤干旱对冬小麦幼苗根、叶渗透调节和保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验对不同土壤干旱条件下洛麦9133和济麦21幼苗根系和叶片渗透调节和保护酶活性进行了研究。结果表明,幼苗根系和叶片质膜透性、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量以及叶片SOD、POD活性均随土壤干旱胁迫的加剧而呈增加趋势。这说明,在干旱胁迫下,冬小麦幼苗通过增大根系和叶片渗透调节物质含量和保护酶活性来适应干旱逆境,以提高抗旱性。

摘  要:
In this pot experiment,the soil moisture were controlled by 4 levels,and the effects of the soil drought stress on the osmotic adjustment and activity of protective enzymes in root and leaf of winter wheat seedlings were studied.The results showed that the permeability of plasma membrane,soluble sugar content,proline content,and SOD activity,POD activity all increased with soil water decreasing.
