本文研究了溶剂萃取和超临界萃取两种提取方式地有效结合制取花椒籽油,分别优化了正己烷提取工艺和超临界CO_2萃取工艺参数,制取的花椒籽油得油率高,性状好,为花椒籽油的实际生产提供理论依据。

摘  要:
This paper focused on extraction of pepper seed oil, combining solvent extraction with supercritical fluid extraction effectively. Then we optimized the processing conditions of these two respectively. Successfully we developed the better way to extract pepper seed oil that had better quality and higher yield for actual production.
