乌贼墨抑制海洋鱼体腐败菌活性成分的分离

摘  要:
对乌贼墨中抑制海洋鱼体腐败菌活性成分进行了分离,并初步探讨了抑菌成分的理化特性。结果表明:乌贼墨粗提物经DEAE-纤维素和Sepharose 4B分离后获得具有较高活性的抑菌活性物质,分子量约为83589u,对四种海洋鱼体腐败菌(气单胞菌、黄杆菌、芽孢杆菌、肠杆菌)的平均抑菌率为62.36%。经紫外扫描(UV)和红外光谱(IR)分析,抑菌物质的主要成分为多糖。

摘  要:
The inhibitory compounds from cuttlefish ink against putrefying bacteria derived from marine fish were isolated to explore these physical and chemical properties.Results revealed that the inhibitory active component was harvested from crude extract from squid ink by DEAE-cellulose ion-exchange and sepharose 4B chromatography,and relative molecular weight was determined to be 83589u by gel filtration chromatograghy.The natural materials inhibited four putrefying bacterium including Aeromonas,Flavobacterium,Bacillus,Enterobacter,and the mean inhibition ratio was 62.36%.Moreover,the inhibitory material against putrefying bacterium was mainly appraised to be polysaccharide by UV and IR spectrum scanning.
