秸秆袋料栽培香菇培养料配方的优化

摘  要：
以玉米秸秆为主料,设置不同的培养基配方栽培香菇X6,考察各培养基对香菇菌丝生长和子实体形态、产量、营养成分的影响,以确定最佳的培养料配方。结果表明,以玉米秸秆粉62%、木屑26%、麦麸10%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%的培养基配方培养的香菇菌丝生长最正常、转色程度好以及子实体产量与生物学效率均接近以木屑为主料的常规配方,说明该配方可代替常规木屑配方用于香菇生产。

摘  要：
With corn stalks as main material to set different medium cultivating Lentinus edodes strain X6,the effect of medium on mycelial growth,form of fruiting bodies,yield and nutrient composition was studied to determine the best formulations of culture material.The results showed that with the medium formulations of corn stalk powder 62%,sawdust 26%,wheat bran 10%,sugar 1% and gypsum1%,the growth of mushrooms mycelial was the most normal,color change was good,the yield of fruit body and biological efficiency were similar to those of the conventional formulations using sawdust as main ingredient,indicating that the formulations can replace the conventional formulations for the production of Lentinus edodes.
