摘  要:
耐辐射异常球菌(Deinococcus radiodurans)是迄今发现的最具抗辐射的微生物之一,对干燥、电离辐射、紫外线、强氧化剂等极端条件表现出超强的抗性.耐辐射异常球菌具有很多与修复相关的基因,能够通过代谢途径控制的网络系统有效的调整并修复DNA.目前,对胁迫逆境下耐辐射异常球菌损伤DNA的高效精确修复机制的了解还非常有限.本文综述了耐辐射异常球菌DNA损伤修复方式及其重要功能蛋白的研究进展.

摘  要:
Deinococcus radiodurans (DR) is one of the most ionizing-radiation resistant microorganisms. It has superior resistence to arefaction, ionizing radiation, UV-C, oxidant and other stresses. DR has many genes related to DNA repair system, which could repair DNA efficiently through metabolic pathways network control system. However, there is still very limited understanding of DR efficient and accurate damage DNA repair mechanisms under stresses. This paper mainly summarized the new development about the DNA repair systems and functional proteins of Deinococcus radiodurans.
