林区人力资源管理信息化应用研究

摘  要:
随着内蒙古大兴安岭林管局(森工集团)改革发展的逐步深入,体制结构发生重大变化,人员流动加快,如何提升企业经营管理和人力资源管理水平,实现由传统的人事管理向战略性人力资源管理转变,建设现代企业人力资源管理新模式。目前,成为企业决策者和人力资源管理部门非常关心的问题。文章以对林区人力资源管理的调研为依据,从林区开发建设人事软件的背景与意义入手,重点阐述了林区人力资源管理信息系统的总体架构、成果应用及推广应用趋势,详细分析了人力资源管理信息系统开发的技术要求,以期对当前处于机构改革、人员调整、新林区建设中的人力资源管理工作者有所帮助。

摘  要:
With the deepens of the development of the reform of the Logging group,the system structure change greatly,personnel flow faster,how to improve the enterprise management and human resources management level,the realization from the traditional personnel management to strategic human resource management was transformed,the construction of modern enterprise human resources management is developed a new mode,at present which becomes the concern of enterprise decision makers and human resource management department.Based on the human resource management of forest research,from forest development and construction personnel software background and significance,stated the general framework of the forest human resources management,results application,popularization and application trend,analyze the development of the technical requirements,the human resources management in order to help the organization reform,personnel adjustment,new forest region in the construction of human resources management workers help.
