芝麻杂种优势及其利用的研究 化学杀雄及其机制

摘  要:
作为化学杀雄的芝麻杀排剂以Fw450较理想;喷施时期以花粉母细胞刚出现的初蕾期为宜;喷施次数决定于药效持续期与无限花序的花期,一般每隔10日喷施1次,共3次;喷施浓度按先轻后重原则,在250-500ppm范围内,酌情处理;化学杀雄机制是由于芝麻花药内绒毡层细胞畸形肥大而将花粉母细胞挤压破坏所致。

摘  要:
The results indicate: (1) Among three anthericides (FW450-Sodium 2,3-dicldoroisobutyrate; Dalapon-2,2-dichloropropionic acid and sodium 2,3-dichloropropinate). FW 450 with high anthericidal rate (90.3-100%), long duration of anthericidal effects, and fight anthericidul injury is the best. (2) The suitable spray period is at the stage of pollen mother cells just appear. (3) Three times of spray are suitable accordance with duration of anthericidal effect and flowering period, (4) The effective spray concentrations are in the range of 250-500ppm. e.g. first time-250ppm; second time-300-350ppm and third time-400-450ppm, and (5) The mechanism of chemical induction to male sterility in sesame is due to the abnormal hypertrophy of tapetal cells in anther, which causes the extruding and destroying of pollen mother cells and no pollen-grain has been produced.
