光温对蝶豆种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究蝶豆种子萌发的最佳条件,为未来人工栽植碟豆和充分利用蝶豆资源提供科学依据。【方法】以蓝色花蝶豆品种为材料,测定不同光照、温度、温汤浸种条件对其种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗生长的影响。【结果】在0、24、12h光照下,蝶豆种子的发芽率分别为25.56%、23.33%和21.11%,0h光照条件下的种子发芽指数、活力指数最低且幼苗生长差,其余条件下幼苗生长良好;不同恒温条件下蝶豆种子的发芽率由高到底依次为30℃>25℃>20℃>35℃>15℃,在20~30℃内,种子发芽指数和活力指数明显高于15℃和35℃,幼苗长势好;不同温汤浸种条件下蝶豆种子的发芽率由高到低依次为80℃>60℃>50℃>40℃>70℃>CK,浸种温度在40~60℃时,其种子发芽指数和活力指数、发侧根率和出真叶率都较高,幼苗长势好。【结论】温度是决定蝶豆种子萌发的主要因素,20~30℃为蝶豆种子萌发的适宜温度,40~60℃温汤浸种可以提高蝶豆种子的发芽率,而光照对蝶豆种子的萌发影响较小,种子萌发不受有无光照的影响。

摘  要:
[Objective]This research attempted to understand the Clitoria ternatea L. seed germination conditions in order to provide theoretical bases for the future artificial planting of C. ternatea L. and to fully utilize relevant resources in future studies. [Method]Using blue-flowered C. ternatea L. as test material, the seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, and seedling growth under the influences of different conditions of illumination, temperature, and warm water soaking were determined. [Result]After 0, 24, and 12 h of illumination, the germination rate of C. ternatea L. seeds was 25.56, 23.33, and 21.11%, respectively. At 0 hr illumination time, the germination index and vigor index were the lowest and the seedling growth was at the weakest; in contrast, the seedling growth under other illumination times grew relatively well. Under different temperature conditions, the C. ternatea L. seed germination rate were arranged in the following order from highest to lowest: 30℃>25℃>20℃>35℃>15℃. Between 20-30℃, the seedling growth was excellent, and the germination index and vigor index were significantly higher than those tested under 15℃ and 35℃. Under different warm water temperature soaking conditions, the C. ternatea L. seed germination rate were arranged in the following order from highest to lowest: 80℃>60℃>50℃>40℃>70℃>CK. At 40℃ soaking temperature, the germination index, vigor index, lateral root occurrence rate, true leaf growth rate, and seedling growth were all superb. [Conclusion]Temperature was the main determining factor for seed germination growth. The optimal temperature for C. ternatea L. germination was between 20-30℃. Under 40-60℃ of warm water soaking, the C. ternatea L. germination rate noticeably increased. The influence of illumination on the seed germination rate was negligible, so seed germination was not affected by illumination conditions.
