黑龙江省江河水沙态势与水土流失防治战略

摘  要：
通过分析研究江河水沙态势和人类活动对水土流失的影响,指出黑龙江省的水土流失近年来有增无减,其水土流失以年递增4.0％的速度在继续扩大。作者认为人类活动的结果,减沙效益为负值而减水效益为正值,进而提出黑龙江省防治水土流失的战略重点应放在防止新的水土流失方面。

摘  要：
Through the analysis, this paper deals with the situations of river water and sediment and water and soil erosion, and points out that water and soil erosion in Heilomgjiang province has, in recent years, increased without reduction, whose eroded area continues to be enlarged at a rate of 4% progressively. The authors consider that the results from human activities are negative in sediment reduction but postive in water reduction. As a result, the authors further suggest that the priority on cotrclling over water and soil erosion should be given to the prevention of occurence of new water and soil erosion.
