甜瓜属种间杂交新种及其后代对低温的适应性反应

摘  要：
研究了甜瓜属种间杂交新种 (Cucumis×hytivusChen&Kirkbride ,2n =38)及其后代幼苗对低温逆境的适应能力。结果表明 :可能由于亲本染色体组间的功能不协调 ,在低温处理下新种幼苗出现代谢异常 ,丙二醛 (MDA)、脯氨酸含量变化大 ,冷害指数达到 3 5 ,表现对低温的适应性相对较弱。但新种与黄瓜的回交自交后代却表现出较强的抗性 ,超出了参试黄瓜品种。经 4d变温处理后 ,其冷害指数仅为 1 0 ,MDA含量为 9 2 μmol·g-1,在所有供试材料中为最低。这表明通过回交和自交 ,杂种代谢系统已基本恢复正常 ,具有进一步研究和应用的价值。

摘  要：
The responses of seedlings of the new species Cucumis ×hytivus and its progenies from backcross with cucumber to chilling injury were investigated.The abnormal metabolism observed in C.hytivus as it subjected to low temperature treatment.Under chilling treatment,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline increased dramatically,and the chilling injury index was 3 5,the highest among the tested materials.The unharmonization between parental chromosomes is hypothesized to explain this phenomenon.Nevertheless,the progenies from back-crossing the new species to cucumber(C.sativus)showed much higher tolerant to chilling injury than the tested cucumbers.The cold injury index was 1 0,and the content of MDA was 9 2 μmol·g -1 for 4d treatment,the lowest among all tested materials.This indicated that the metabolism was recovered in the improved cucumber germplasm through back crossing and self pollination.
