不同类型玉米光合特性日变化的比较研究

摘  要:
为研究不同类型玉米光合特性的差异,以普通玉米、超甜玉米和糯玉米为材料,在拔节期进行了净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合性能指标日变化的测定。结果表明:普通玉米、超甜玉米、糯玉米的净光合速率的最高值出现在9:00,10:00,12:00,气孔导度的最高值出现在10:00~12:00,蒸腾速率的最高值出现在10:00~12:00,在其他时间点3种类型玉米的日变化曲线大体趋势一致,呈单峰型,胞间CO2浓度的日变化曲线呈现出"高—低—高"的变化趋势。糯玉米的净光合速率普遍高于超甜玉米,超甜玉米的净光合速率普遍高于普通玉米。叶片的净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关,而与胞间CO2浓度呈极显著负相关。

摘  要:
Ordinary maize,supersweet maize and sticky maize were studied in this research to test the diurnal variation of photosynthetic performance,including net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration in filling stage to compare the differences of photosynthetic characters of different types of maize.The results showed that the trend of diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate was basically identical with that of stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,and diurnal variation of intercellular CO2 concentration showed a "high—low—high" curve.The net photosynthetic rate of sticky maize was universally higher than super sweet maize and super sweet maize was generally higher than ordinary maize.Pn of leaf showed a significantly positive correlation with Gs and Tr,but a significantly negative correlation with Ci.
