法氏囊提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
ICR小鼠用伪狂犬病毒 (Pseudorabiesvirus ,PRV)灭活苗免疫 ,同时每只分别注射 0 1,0 2 5和 1mg或口服 0 2 5mg法氏囊 (bursaoffabricius ,BF)提取物 (相对分子质量小于 10 0 0 )。对各试验组小鼠器官指数、白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、淋巴细胞非特异酯酶染色阳性数 (acidα naphthylacetatcesterase ,ANAE+ )、PRV抗体水平、脾脏组织学变化和攻毒试验结果等各种免疫学指标进行检测和比较 ,探讨法氏囊提取物对试验个体的免疫力影响。结果表明 :中等剂量 (每只0 2 5mg)的法氏囊提取物能够不同程度地提高小鼠的体液免疫力和细胞免疫力 ,注射途径较口服的好 ;而高剂量 (每只1mg)的法氏囊提取物可提高小鼠的体液免疫 ,但对机体的细胞免疫却有抑制作用。法氏囊提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响与接种的剂量、途径及时间有关。

摘  要:
In experiment,several immunal parameters including organ indexes,number of WBC,quantity of lymphocytes,number of ANAE + lymphocytes,histological change of spleen,PRV antibody level,challenge results of mice inoculated with different doses of BF′s extracts and PRV inactive vaccine were measured to indicate effects of BF′s extracts on mice immunity.In conclusion,moderate dosage (0 25 mg per mice)of BF′s extracts can promote the humoral and cell immunity in the mice and muscle injection is better way than oral inoculation way.Nevertheless,high dosage of BF′s extracts(1 mg per mice)positively affect humoral immunity,but negatively affect cell immunity.These effects are related to dosages,inoculative routes and time.
