摘 要:
应用薄层层析技术分析鸡法氏囊提取物的组分 ,并用体内和体外免疫试验测定其活性。实验结果表明 ,相对分子质量为 10 0 0以下的鸡法氏囊提取物中共有 9种成分的氨基酸或小肽 ,其中第 3组分与囊素标准品具有相同的迁移率(0 6 9)。适当浓度的囊素和法氏囊提取物均能促进杂交瘤细胞分泌抗体 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2 5mg·mL-1提取物具有相当于 1μg·mL-1囊素的促杂交瘤细胞抗体分泌活性。法氏囊提取物与猪瘟疫苗同时注射 ,可显著提高接种猪产生特异性抗体的能力 ,其免疫增强作用与剂量有关

摘 要:
The components of extracts isolated from chicken bursa were identified by thin layer chromatograph and its bioactivities were determined by immunology experiments in vivo and in vitro respectively.The extracts derived for bursa were composed of at least nine different amino acids and/or peptides.The mobility of the third component was 0 69,identical to that of the bursin synthesized as standards.Both the standard bursin and the extracts isolated form bursa could accelerate the production of antibody in hybridoma cells under appropriate concentrations.With a concentration of 2 5 mg·mL -1 ,extracts would greatly enhance yields of antibody(P<0 05),as did with that of 1 μg·mL -1 of the standard bursin.The extracts inculated with swine fever vaccine could increase the level of antibody against to swine fever in pigs and the efficiency was relative to dosage used.
